Water - cooled oil coolers offer a good alternative to the conventional air- cooled version .
Constructed from an aluminum outer body with a special core that has been designed to keep pressure drop to a minimum.
Since these radiators do not need airflow for operation , they can be mounted anywhere , useful in mid-engine cars or when there is no space under the hood.
