Lithium Ion Batteries

Lithium Ion batteries are a new technology that dispenses with heavy and bulky materials such as lead and large amounts of acids. Its biggest and most important advantage over standard battery models is weight. Lithium-Ion models have a much lower weight while having much better performance and battery life, which is able to be twice as long as a traditional lead-acid battery. The durability of the battery also increases, thanks to which it has about 10 times the limit of charging cycles. Li-On batteries guarantee environmental friendliness. They are not filled with explosives or acids, heavy metals such as cadmium or lead.
