100 Series Universal Aluminum Intercoolers – 60mm Core
Supercharging (compressing intake air) increases temperature. High temperatures can reduce power, negating some of the benefits of supercharging. Using an intercooler between the compressor and intake manifold significantly reduces the negative impact of elevated intake air temperatures. Forge Motorsport's versatile intercooler offering begins with high-performance cores, sized for a variety of supercharged engine applications. A wide selection of end-tank configurations then allows for a variety of installation options. Using the highest-quality cores, hand-crafted and welded by experienced craftsmen, our intercoolers are characterized by excellent thermal properties, excellent flow, minimal pressure drop, and high volumetric efficiency.
We can't advise you whether these intercoolers will fit your vehicle. In most cases, model-specific kits are required, rather than "universal" products. However, for vehicles that aren't covered by our range or are "non-standard," our range of universal intercoolers may be the ideal solution. A good starting point is to determine the available space for the intercooler installation and use the dimensions table to see what will fit. Then, by analyzing the options (intercooler port location and diameter), decide how to route and connect the lines. The intercooler mounting method should also be considered. In almost all cases, when using a universal intercooler, the installer should have the appropriate technical skills. If you decide that a custom intercooler is the only solution, we will be happy to provide you with a quote – for this, we will need a drawing with dimensions.
