Turbo Blanket for Fiat 500, 595 and 695 (Not IHI Turbos)
The Forge Motorsport FMTUBL5 has been designed for the Fiat 500, 595, and 695 turbo (this will not fit those fitted with IHI turbo). This turbo blanket is designed to isolate the radiant heat produced by the turbocharger. This design has been created to withstand the harshest of environments and proven to withstand temperatures up to 2500°F (1370°C) of radiant heat which will assist in protecting and prolonging the life of engine components.
Design innovation keeps the heat of the exhaust gases contained within the hot side of the turbocharger, away from the cool side and the intake path which helps reduce turbo lag and air intake temperatures resulting in more power.

Please note that a turbo blanket will lose its flexibility over the first few heat cycles as the material cures, so once fitted it should not be removed as this can cause damage to the blanket.
