Front Wishbone Rear Bush, Caster Offset Powerflex Polyurethane Bush Road Series BMW 3 Series E46 (1999 - 2006) E46 Coupe / Conv / Sedan / Touring PFF5-5601G-60
Powerflex was founded in Great Britain in 1996. The company has extensive experience in the field of car suspensions. Mix of design skills and manufacturing techniques has led to the creation of a wide range of high-quality polyurethane products.
Why use Powerflex polyurethane bushings?
Polyurethane is definitely more resistant to wear than rubber. Polyurethane bushings last longer, even under extreme operating conditions.
They are stiffer than rubber, providing better handling and control of the vehicle, especially during cornering and braking.

Additional information:PFF5-5601G-60 offers additional +0.33 of caster over PFF5-5601-60 and is a high performance option to PFF5-4601-60, and aimed at offering greater precision for people wanting the very best from their E46 or Z4. This new part, fitted to the rear of the front wishbone has a hard anodised aluminium outer shell with one of our unique low friction polyurethane centre bushes. The poly/alu combination creates a low friction rotating bush reducing the forces acting on the arm. Lower arm deflection has been decreased by reducing the compliant material within the aluminium shell. Results are less movement in the arm under cornering and braking, improving steering control and feel. PFF5-5601-60 is for the earlier models with 60mm bore mounting bracket. Please ensure you have the correct size bush before fitting. Testing during the development of this bush has indicated stiffness gains of 128% compared with the original rubber bush. Our Black Series part increases siffness by 28%, to give an 190% increase in stiffness over the original part
