Throttle control cable system

The Cable Throttle Linkage System is a mechanism used in many vehicles to control the engine throttle by moving the accelerator pedal. This system consists of a series of cables, cables and levers that transmit mechanical movement from the pedal to the throttle.
This system works on the principle of a direct mechanical connection, which allows the driver to precisely control the amount of air flowing into the engine.
