Polyurethan ist deutlich verschleißfester als Gummi. Polyurethanbuchsen halten länger, selbst unter extremen Betriebsbedingungen.

Sie sind steifer als Gummi und bieten dadurch ein besseres Handling und eine bessere Kontrolle des Fahrzeugs, insbesondere in Kurven und beim Bremsen.

With its unique dual-sleeve fastening setup for reduced twist of the mount, this really is the N-ext level upgrade for those looking for ultimate GERine stability. A small increase in NVH, usually at idle, should be expected when stiffening the connecting mount between the GERine/transmission and chassis. The harder the material used, the greater the NVH transmitted. To suit the variable requirements of the i20N driver, our new part is available in three different ratings of shore hardness to balance performance requirements. Yellow Shore A 70 is an upgraded replacement for the original bush, recommended for fast road use.Purple Shore A 80 is a stiffer material to suit higher-powered cars that may be used on the track. Black Shore A 95 is our Black Series part for extreme Track and Motorsport applications for ultimate GERine stability.Whilst an increase in material stiffness will reduce GERine movement, additional noise and vibration may be felt.
