The Ecumaster Lambda module is CAN

The Ecumaster Lambda to CAN module is a compact device used to control the Bosch LSU 4.9 broadband oxygen sensor and transmit the lambda reading via Can-Bus. There are two programmable analog 0-5V signal lines with CAN transmission. The controller uses a dedicated Bosch IC combined with a digital controller to precisely manage the oxygen sensor and air/fuel ratio delivered to the engine. Multiple controllers can be used simultaneously on one Can-Bus for flexible installation.
